ZIBIBBO SUITES & ROOMS - Aparthotel in Centro Storico a Trapani

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great, right in the middle of town, near beaches, shops and restaurants. We visited Palermo by bus and the island by the ferry. Both bits and port are easily accessible. We went to Erice by bus and up the cable car which was a fabulous day out! We were there for the 7 August during the celebrations of Saint Alberto, which was a delightful surprise. We saw processions and heard music in the cathedral. My daughter slept on the sofa bed which was comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our shower which was fixed immediately. The cleaning staff were very efficient and polite. The location is right next to a busy road, with tooting cars and loud music coming from cars. I soon became very adjusted to it and enjoyed the bustle of Trapani! It did not disturb my sleep at night.

Our family of four (including two adult-sized teens) spent 1 night at Zibibbo Suites. Our room was clean, air conditioned and spacious with a separate primary bedroom, kitchenette, washing machine and dining area. We were able to do laundry, and set it out on the drying rack provided. We were on the 3rd floor and used the elevator. The receptionist was very helpful in directing us to nearby parking, providing a map and recommendations and answering our questions. We were able to easily walk to all of the main attractions in this lovely town. We would stay here again!

Good location, clean and comfortable. The quadruple room consisted of a bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen area. At check in we were given great suggestions on where to have dinner and breakfast. The terrace on the roof of the building has a nice view of the cathedral dome.

First of all we arrived to the hotel after loooong and sleepless night,, 3 with kids. The service was brilliant. Very fast and informative communication. We got rooms earlier. I know that very often hotels don't give check in earlier, even the rooms are ready. Girls "saved our day", we got the rooms about 9-10am. Also got great info about restaurants, taxi, beaches... Everything just in 2-5min walk. I'm very thankfull for such a great service. Our stay in Trapany was Great, thanks to You! Will definitely be back

It was spacious, well designed, clean, in an amazing location and with the loveliest, most helpful staff- especially Valentina. They organised transfers for us and was so friendly and helpful. The views from the apartment were stunning and there is a lovely, quiet roof terrace
